Lucky Charm-accolade - Our Good Luck Charm Cocktail Recipe

Recently we partnered up with Lost in Amsterdam in The Netherlands to create our signature Lucky Charm-accolade cocktail!

This one-of-a-kind cocktail came to be after Lost in Amsterdam’s lead technologist went head to head with technology, allowing AI to run free with pairing suggestions.

The result? A cocktail that you’ll reach for over and over again.  

Here's everything you'll need to recreate this masterpiece at home. 

Ingredients:

35ml Portafortuna

35ml Creme de Cacao

5ml Sugar Monin

1 Shot of Espresso (cooled)

6-8 ice cubes

Garnish:

Chocolate flakes 

Chocolate piece 

Cocktail stick (optional) 

Method:

1)  Add all ingredients to the shaker and shake until very well chilled and good foam is created. 

2)  Strain into Martini glass and leave for a second until the foam is settled, you should be able to see a layer of foam on top of the cocktail.

3)  Garnish with chocolate flakes, you can create these by grating a piece of chocolate with a peeler. Finish with a cocktail stick.
